Sales and Marketing Coordinator 

Pay Rate: $31-33/HR + Commission

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales and occupancy goals through the effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Participate actively in the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Represent the retirement community to potential residents, offering detailed and compelling information about the community's benefits.
  • Manage the occupancy process from the initial inquiry to the receipt of deposit and move-in, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
  • Drive traffic to the community through strategic referral development and robust networking.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts to support sales efforts and enhance the community's visibility.
  • Join local networking groups and seek opportunities to present and host events to strengthen the community’s presence.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
  • Utilize proven sales techniques to engage and persuade prospects, tailoring pitches to meet the specific needs and preferences of potential residents.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred; alternatively, a minimum of three years of experience in human services, specifically in programs and services for older persons.
  • At least two years of marketing and sales experience in a comparable role.
  • Education in business, marketing, or public relations is required.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory guidelines for Residential Facilities.
  • Proven sales experience in the service industry, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
