ASSISTED LIVING DIRECTOR
AlliedUP is partnering with a 5-Star rated senior living community in San Rafael to fulfill an Assisted Living Director position.
Salary: Depending upon experience and impact, $90k - $93k
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 5:30pm
Minimum Requirements
Three years supervisory and administrative experience, inclusive of budgeting and program development.
Two years’ experience in working with older adults. Knowledge about dementia.
Prefer valid unrestricted California nursing license.
Sensitivity and knowledge of working with older adults and the aging process. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to identify need, develop, and manage programs and systems simultaneously.
Knowledge of aging process and implications of aging in a social setting.
Must understand health care environment and the medical context for older adults.
The Assisted Living Director is responsible for the management and supervision of care services to Assisted Living residents in our client’s beautiful community. This involves providing direct care, supervising, and educating the caregivers and assisting with community marketing efforts.
